1. Do I need any painting experience?

No experience is necessary

2. How long does my order take to ship?

All orders ship within 3-5 business days. Please plan your paint party accordingly

3. What's included in the "Paint Party Box"

11x14 pre-drawn canvas, disposable apron, paint, reusable paint brush set and water cup

 

4. What else do I need in addition to the paint party kit?

Just add your guests, drinks, good music and food (optional)

5. Do you offer customized canvas pictures/themes?

Yes we can customize your canvas to fit your event theme. After your order is placed, email us a copy of the image you would like at creativecanvas225@gmil.com. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Once your order is processed, packaged and successfully fulfilled and departs our facility we are not liable for any damages on the carriers behalf. This includes the following but not limited to, lost packages, damaged canvas, damaged paint set or paint brushes. Creative Canvas LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly.

7. What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship via USPS, tracking numbers are sent via email to the address provided at checkout.

8. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pick up is available in Baton Rouge, LA. Select "Local Pickup" during checkout.

9. What is the processing time for local pickup?

Please allow 2-3 business days when selecting local pickup. Please plan your event accordingly.

10. How will I be notified once my order is ready for pickup?

Once your order is complete, you will be contacted via email or text to arrange pickup date/time and location. At pickup, please remain in your vehicle. A Creative Canvas team member will bring your order to you.

 

11. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final! We do not offer returns or exchanges

12. Do you host paint parties?

Yes, we host mobile paint parties. All parties require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. Please submit an inquiry on the contact page for a quote. Please include the type of event (birthday, anniversary, youth event, fundraiser, etc), event date, time, location and number of guests.
